In addition, our Early Childhood Center has opened an additional classroom within our popular Day Hospital program for young children with specialized medical needs. This specialty outpatient program is perfect for children who are able to live at home, but still require a level of medical and/or rehabilitative care that cannot be met by their school or community outpatient program. Children admitted to the half-day program receive daily medical supervision and nursing care, comprehensive rehabilitation services (including physical, occupational, speech and/or feeding therapy), and specialized programming in a classroom setting designed to promote development and socialization. Programs are individualized to meet each child's unique needs, and snack and lunch are provided. Children as young as 13-months old may be eligible, pending evaluation. Click here to learn more.
