Simone Ross, LMSW is a Care Manager in the Health Home Care Management program at Blythedale Children’s Hospital. Simone earned her Bachelor of Sociology from Manhattanville College in Purchase and her Master of Social Work from Fordham University.
Prior to Blythedale, Ms. Ross worked as a care coordinator at St. Joseph’s Medical Center, serving adults with complex mental health needs. Simone also has experience working with early intervention programs and CPSE. In her current role as Care Manager in the Health Home Care Management program, Ms. Ross coordinates care for children with complex medical needs. She works closely with the children, caregivers, and providers to help families access services, navigate multiple complex systems, and find support.
