Ciera Carhart

Ciera Carhart is the Digital Content and Media Relations Manager at Blythedale Children's Hospital. In her current role, she gives a voice to the stories of the incredible patients, families, and staff at Blythedale through photography, videography, and press relations. 

She has worked in both the media and healthcare industries for the last ten years. Having previously worked for ABC News and NBCUniversal, she moved into the healthcare industry where she has discovered the power of storytelling in that space. During the COVID-19 pandemic, her work was featured in the Wall Street Journal, Yahoo News, HANYS, and was part of a Gold and Silver winning team for two prestigious National Healthcare Advertising Awards.

Ms. Carhart received Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Journalism from St. John Fisher College, and a Master’s of Science in Public Relations from Quinnipiac University.
