Chris Berner is Blythedale Children's Hospital's Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. He previously held leadership positions in labor relations and human resources at Mount Sinai Beth Israel and Montefiore Medical Center.
Mr. Berner is a labor lawyer by training and has worked for the New York City Office of Labor Relations. While at Mount Sinai Beth Israel, Mr. Berner focused on employee engagement, leadership development, Just Culture, and process improvement.
He is married to a pediatrician, has two grown children, and is really into building with legos.
