Angela Brennan Larkin, RN, MSN Ed

Angela Brennan Larkin, RN, MSN Ed, is the Child and Family Education Coordinator (CFEC) at Blythedale Children’s Hospital. She has served in this role since 2019. Angela has over 20 years of nursing experience which began in a burn unit where she discovered her love for the pediatric population. She naturally transitioned to pediatric intensive care (ICU) where she obtained her advanced degree that allowed her to progress to a Clinical Nurse Educator.

In addition to pediatric intensive care, Angela has worked in the neonatal ICU, labor and delivery, emergency room, long term care, pediatric home care, and subacute pediatric care. These experiences have prepared her for her current role as the CFEC where she facilitates education and training for children and families with complex medical needs. Angela collaborates with acute care hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, social work, homecare agencies, and durable medical equipment companies to facilitate successful discharges home. 

She has prior work experience at several highly prestigious New York and Florida hospitals.
