When a child requires further hospitalization for an illness or injury, it can create stress for the whole family. You will find that there is help all around at Blythedale and we are dedicated to making your experience with us positive and pleasant. There are many resources at the Hospital available to you during your child’s stay with us.
One of our greatest resources to our families is our experienced and compassionate staff. Members of your child’s clinical care team will answer any question or concern you have, from a treatment goal to continuing your child’s routine once you are back home. Open collaboration between families and staff is the key to a child’s success in maximizing rehabilitative gains. In addition, every child and family is assigned a social worker upon admission to Blythedale. You will find your social worker is a fantastic resource for valuable information and support for you and your child during your time with us.
We also have a number of amenities available on-site to address a variety of your needs while your child is at Blythedale.
