Arleen Ott, MSN, RN, CPN

Nursing Director, Infant and Toddler Unit

Arleen Ott, MSN, RN, CPN is the Nursing Director for the Infant and Toddler Unit at Blythedale Children’s Hospital, a position she has held for eleven years. Ms. Ott has held a variety of roles during her sixteen-year tenure at Blythedale, starting as a staff nurse and then moving into leadership roles as a nursing team leader for both the Infant and Toddler Unit, and Pediatric and Traumatic Brain Injury Unit. She is a Certified Pediatric Nurse. Additionally, she has received the Rising Star Nursing Award, Daisy Nursing Award and Circle of Excellence Award in Teamwork.

Ms. Ott holds her Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration from Thomas Edison State University. She also holds dual bachelor of science degrees in Nursing from Thomas Edison State University and Business Administration from Saint Thomas Aquinas College. Ms. Ott is member of the American Organization of Nursing Executives (AONE).
